Hi, I'm Mia! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I care deeply about helping clients feel like themselves again.
I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families, and I specialize in anxiety, OCD, and trauma. With EMDR training and additional focus in CBT, exposure-based approaches, and IFS, my goal is to help you build the skills and strategies you need to feel more in control, more present, and more like the person you were created to be.
Christopher Landry is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over a decade of experience working in high-acuity clinical environments, including correctional settings, substance use treatment, and community mental health.
He specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, and co-occurring disorders, using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focussed CBT, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients build insight, develop coping skills, and create real, lasting change.
Christopher has extensive experience working with individuals facing complex and high-risk situations, including crisis intervention and severe mental health challenges. His calm, grounded presence helps clients feel safe even in the most difficult moments.
As a veteran, Christopher is especially passionate about working with fellow veterans and understands the unique challenges that can come with military service, transition to civilian life, and reintegration. He is dedicated to providing supportive, culturally competent care to the veteran community and welcomes those seeking a provider who truly understands their experience.
His approach is direct, supportive, and results-oriented—focused on helping clients regain control, build resilience, and move forward with confidence.
“You don’t have to carry everything on your own—change is possible with the right support.”
Christopher Landry, LMHC
Veteran | Trauma & Crisis Specialist
There is nothing more profound and sacred than our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Master’s Level Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP), Certified Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapist (TF-CBT), and Qualified Supervisor (QS) for the state of Florida. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in 1997 from the University of Central Florida (UCF) in the field of Psychology. In 2001, I graduated with Honors from Webster University with my Master’s degree in Counseling.
I started my career in 1995 as a Behavior Specialist, working with children and their families. After 10 years of dedicating my time to this population, I ventured out into the unchartered territory of addiction; specifically substance abuse and eating disorder. Since 2014, when I am not providing therapy locally, I travel as a Military & Family Life Counselor (MFLC); serving our military families on military installations; in the US and abroad. In 2022, I became certified as a Yoga Teacher and Social Emotional Learning Facilitator.
Hi, I’m Jeanina. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor, a people-person at heart and someone who believes deeply in the power of hope, healing, and being truly seen.
As a Latina, I understand the importance of culture, family, identity, and the expectations we can carry while trying to find our own voice. I believe therapy should feel compassionate, approachable, and genuinely human. My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and show up as your whole self—without having to have everything figured out.
I especially enjoy working with women and young adults navigating life transitions, identity, relationships, family expectations, self-worth, burnout, anxiety, and the pressure of becoming who you are while still figuring out who that is. Your 20s and 30s and even 40s can bring so many questions: Who am I? What do I really want? Am I on the right path? Why do I feel like everyone else has it together?
Many of the women and young adults I work with have spent so much time taking care of others, meeting expectations, being strong, or simply surviving that they have lost touch with themselves. Therapy can be a place to reconnect—with your values, your voice, your relationships, your identity, and the life you genuinely want to build.
You don’t have to have all the answers before coming to therapy. Sometimes, you just need a safe place to begin asking the right questions.
I’m here to help you slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and move toward a life that feels more like you.
I am a therapist with extensive experience providing compassionate person centered care to individuals, couples and families. My approach is warm, supportive and non judgmental, with a focus on helping clients identify their own strengths, insights and solutions. I strive to create a safe and welcoming online environment where clients feel heard, respected and empowered. I also offer flexible scheduling including evening hours to make therapy more accessible.
I'm a board-certified psychiatrist based in Miami, Florida, offering telehealth appointments for adults across Florida. My practice focuses on anxiety and depression, and I take the time to truly understand what brings each person to treatment before we talk about any plan. I combine medication management with psychotherapy so that each session addresses the full picture of your mental health. If you've been struggling to find a provider who listens carefully, asks the right questions, and works collaboratively with you, I'd love to connect.
