I’m Rico Bodin, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Certified Master-Level Addiction Professional (MCAP) based in Florida. For over a decades, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals as they work through anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and questions around identity and self-understanding. I’m especially passionate about creating an affirming, supportive space, where clients can feel seen, safe, and understood as they move toward healing and growth.
Hi, I’m Iris, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I work with adults who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, mood changes, attention difficulties, or stress that’s making daily life harder than it should be.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on the whole person. I believe mental health care should go beyond simply treating symptoms. Together, we’ll explore the factors that may be affecting how you feel—from life stressors and sleep to hormonal changes and metabolic health—and create a treatment plan tailored specifically to you.
In addition to psychiatric medication management, I also incorporate hormone-informed mental health care and medical weight management, recognizing how closely emotional well-being, hormones, and physical health are connected.
My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and empowered with a clear path forward.
You don’t have to navigate this alone—support is here when you’re ready.

I earned her bachelor’s degree from Catawba College in1993, where I double majored in Sociology and Clinical Psychology. I completed my Master of Social Work degree from Barry University in Florida in 1996.
You don't have to keep carrying what feels heavy alone. With over 15 years working across inpatient, outpatient, and private practice settings, I specialize in helping people navigate grief, substance use, anxiety, depression, and the patterns that are hardest to break. I work with individuals ready to release what's weighing them down: relationship challenges, life transitions, boundary setting, and more. My approach centers on building real trust first, then weaving in the techniques that fit each person. If any of this sounds like where you are, I'd love to hear what brings you here.
