Hello! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a master’s from Trinity University, and I’ve been honored to walk alongside individuals ages 3 to 80 in their healing journeys. I specialize in trauma work helping men with social anxiety to overcome social anxiousnes. For those who wish, I offer faith-based, biblical approaches to integrate spiritual support into therapy. My work includes supporting adults from all walks of life, including veterans, LGBTQ+ individuals, men and women, human trafficking victims, domestic violence victims, high-acuity clients, and those receiving care at different levels of intensity. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over eight years of experience providing therapy in both English and Spanish. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, specializing in trauma, stress, and depression.

My name is Korina Herrera and I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor and the owner of Integrative Wellness, LLC.I am dedicated to providing compassionate and holistic care to all of my patients.

My area of expertise is in working with children, teens, adults and families who are experiencing a variety of difficulties, including anxieties and emotional regulation. My background and training are in family systems therapy, disabilities and special education services, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. For over 20 years I worked in the public school setting, both as a special education provider and as a school counselor. I am also certified to provide CBIT for Tourette’s and Tic Disorders.
