I specialize in serving individuals and couples over the age of 18 both working toward and living in recovery from a variety of life events, which may include addiction for the individual/partner/or client's child, socioemotional intelligence as an only child, grief/loss, justice-involved and/or incarceration, changes in confidence or creativity, Highly Sensitive People (HSPs), relationship phases and shifts, or workplace stressors.

As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide compassionate, evidence-based, and stigma-free care to support healing and lasting growth. With a background in emergency and trauma care, I take a collaborative, holistic approach that considers the connection between mind and body. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, and mood disorders through a personalized combination of psychotherapy, medication management, and lifestyle support. My goal is to help you feel heard, empowered, and supported every step of the way, at a pace that feels right for you.

I utilize Cognitive behavioral, Dialectical behavioral and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (CBT and ACT). I graduated from Delaware State University in 2019 with my Master of Social Work Degree. I currently hold my Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW) and Certified Advanced Drug and Alcohol Certification (CAADC). I’ve worked in various settings ranging from treating offenders in a correctional facility, residential mental health and substance use programs to outpatient individual therapy. I specialize in Addiction, Anxiety, Depression and Grief.

As a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, I believe that prioritizing mental health is essential for achieving happiness and stability in life. Seeking help can often be challenging, so I want to compliment you for taking it! I have been practicing for over five years and have a proven track record of treating complex and severe mental disorders over the last decade. My experience includes working with patients diagnosed with bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, major depressive disorder (MDD), anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and addiction.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Human Services with a concentration in Mental Health Counseling from Springfield College, earned in 2014. This advanced training provides the foundation for my clinical expertise and commitment to ongoing professional development.
