Clinical experience: 30+ years working with adults, couples, families, adolescents, and children specializing in trauma and co-occurring disorders with an integrative and holistic approach. Graduated from Saybrook University: Doctorate in Transpersonal Psychology (2010); Naropa University: Masters in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology & Art Therapy.

I am grounded in honesty, advocacy, and deep respect for their autonomy. I show up guided by my values, including a strong commitment to social justice and empowerment. I believe everything is connected, and I bring that belief into the room with intention and care. I am someone who will help you understand your choices, your responsibility, and your own agency. I’m especially drawn to working with adolescents and young adults as they explore who they are and navigate the overwhelming stress and pressure that can come with growing up. My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, eating disorders, body image, and ADHD.

I try every day to be an authentic human who loves and respects the individuality of all other humans. Being a clinical social worker for 25 years, is reflected in my personal values and faith system. My goal is to spread kindness like confetti which has spanned serving in Baltimore, Jacksonville, Atlanta and Eagle County, CO. I have a solution focused mindset, believe in the mind body connection and giving ourselves grace. Life is not always easy and sometimes we need short term professional support, some sunshine, a deep breath, a 20 second hug and some new found eyes on the situation.
