As each client is a unique individual, I feel the process of counseling should be tailored to meet your specific needs. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 12 years of experience in the social work field. I specialize in supporting people who struggle with addiction and their loved ones. I worked at CeDAR ( Center for Dependency, Addiction and Rehabilitation) in the inpatient setting. I ran the family program in addition to working closely with the patients who struggled with addiction. I have supported many people who struggle with depression, anxiety and grief and loss.

Additionally, I enjoy supporting parents, as parenthood is one of the most important and, at times, difficult journey we go through in adulthood. I am well versed in the Parenting with Love and Logic curriculum and have shared it with hundreds of families over the years.

I believe therapy works best when clients feel genuinely seen, heard and understood. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they navigate challenges, discover and build upon their strengths and create the life they want to live.

Hello! I specialize in supporting teenagers and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relational wounds and trauma. My goal is to provide a safe and welcoming space for healing and growth. I am passionate about meeting you where you are and empowering you to take the next step towards reaching your goals.

I work with adults navigating many of life’s challenges, including PTSD, anxiety, OCD, depression, panic disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, grief, anger, ADHD, burnout, insomnia, bipolar disorder, and men’s issues. I also support clients facing chronic illness or pain, addiction, identity and relationship concerns, career stress, loneliness, existential questions, and major life transitions.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from Walden University, with a concentration in trauma-informed care. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), as well as certified in Art Therapy, Play Therapy, and Sandplay Therapy. My early career centered on supporting children and families navigating trauma, substance use, and instability, as well as individuals transitioning from incarceration and reintegrating into their communities. These experiences continue to shape my person-centered, integrative approach to care.

In my practice, I support adults and children through an individualized, holistic lens. My therapeutic philosophy draws from Person-Centered, Holistic, and Psychodynamic therapies—approaches that value empathy, self-awareness, and exploration of the connections between past and present. I believe all people have an innate capacity for growth, resilience, and healing when they are met with safety, compassion, and curiosity.
