I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, panic, relationships, life transitions, grief, trauma, and recurring patterns. I have specialized training in EMDR and trauma treatment. My style is warm, paced, collaborative, and straightforward. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions.

I am a licensed therapist with experience supporting children, teens, and adults through challenges such as anxiety, depression, social anxiety, self-esteem struggles, and the pressure of high expectations. I use a collaborative and creative approach, often integrating mindfulness to help clients stay grounded and build awareness of their thoughts and emotions. Depending on each person’s needs, I may incorporate art-based activities, coping skills training, or reflective conversation. I've been in private practice for 20+ years. I treat teens and adults.I specialize in Marriage and Family concerns, addiction, eating disorders and Trauma/PTSD. I collaborate with clients on what will be useful to them to help clear what's getting in their way.

I began my professional life as an actress and gather learning from that career to use therapeutically. I am creative, playful and eclectic in my approach. I graduated Naropa University MA in Transpersonal Counseling with a focus on Art Therapy. Colorado Counseling for addictions training.

I am a licensed therapist based in Golden, CO. I offer in person visits at my office in downtown Golden, which is a convenient distance from Wheat Ridge, Arvada, Edgewater, Westminster, and Denver’s Westside. I also offer remote sessions online. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addictions Counselor.

Prior to earning my BS in Psychology followed by a Master’s Degree in Counseling from the University of Colorado Denver in 2010, I graduated from CU Boulder in 1994 where I received my BA in English Literature. I look forward to assisting you with your counseling needs.
