As a military wife and mother, I emphasize lifestyle balance, encouraging patients to integrate nutrition and exercise. I am dedicated to breaking mental health stigma and advocating for veterans and those impacted by trauma, ensuring you feel seen, supported, and empowered on your journey.

As a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner I share my interests with clients I see.

When I was working full-time as a Family Nurse Practitioner I saw an unmet need in clients finding a balance in their physical and mental health. I decided to return to school to strengthen my knowledge in psychiatric mental health care.

For the past five years my focus has included seeing clients with substance dependence, MAT treatment, ADHD, Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder and Schizophrenia. I especially enjoy the 1:1 experience via telehealth seeing clients in the comforts of their own home.
