As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I believe small actions can lead to substantial progress, and it all begins with asking for help. I have been practicing for the last 13 years through Veteran Affairs. I have worked mainly with individuals with chronic pain and substance use disorders, but also work with individuals living with depression and anxiety. I specialize in working with adults 21 and up.

I earned my Master's Degree in Social Work at the University of Wyoming. Wyoming is my home state. It is filled with wildlife and the worst snow you can image. I moved to Colorado in 2010 to continue my quest for helping others. Many years ago, someone helped me and I having been giving back for more than 20+ years.
