I began my professional life as an actress and gather learning from that career to use therapeutically. I am creative, playful and eclectic in my approach. I graduated Naropa University MA in Transpersonal Counseling with a focus on Art Therapy. Colorado Counseling for addictions training.

I am a veteran with a tech background, and I have over 12 years of experience as a counselor. I went back to school in my 40's, so I bring a lifetime of practical experience to my work. I focus on getting to the heart of the matter with clients, while looking for perspective into what may have caused the problem, and tools for the future. We will meet in person most or all of the time - I find this to be more effective.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, panic, relationships, life transitions, grief, trauma, and recurring patterns. I have specialized training in EMDR and trauma treatment. My style is warm, paced, collaborative, and straightforward. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions.

I am a psychiatrist trained in adult psychiatry, though I do have some experience working in adolescent and geriatric psychiatry as well. I try to integrate western medicine approaches to care with more holistic approaches, which often includes providing psychotherapy, medications, and lifestyle modification. I have specific interest in different psychotherapy modalities, and often incorporate some aspects of psychotherapy in my visits with clients even if this is not the primary focus. In my work, I like to focus on your strengths, goals, and values as the main components of our treatment plan. I try to bring a curious, open-minded, and compassionate energy to my work.
