Hello! I'm Tessa. I'm a mom of three and an LCSW. I studied child & family development in college in Missouri, then earned a master of social work (MSW) in Denver.
My passion is to help parents and their infants/toddlers create strong, healthy relationships full of delight, focused on the wellbeing of baby AND parents.
I use the long-established theory of attachment to help parents sort through all the noise and tap into your own intuition, goals, and needs. Your needs matter too!

Have you been carrying more than you feel you can hold right now? I'm currently welcoming new clients and would love to support you. I work exclusively with women navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions, and my heart is especially drawn to those moments when life feels too heavy to carry alone. Whether you're processing a loss, feeling stuck in old patterns, or searching for a deeper sense of peace, you've come to the right place. I've spent the last four years walking alongside women through some of their hardest chapters, and I bring both warmth and real-life relatability to every session.
I have been practicing as a trauma therapist, trainer, and consultant for the last 12 years. For much of my career, I specialized in working with kids and families who have experienced complex and intergenerational trauma, and specifically focused on infant and early childhood mental health. I work frequently with conditions such as anxiety, depression, and complex PTSD, and provide support for individuals and couples of the LGBTQ+ community.
I hold a B.A. in Communications and Law from Manhattanville College and an M.S.W. from Boston College. I am also experienced in writing WPATH letters to allow both minors and adults to access gender affirming care.
Hello! My name is Megan Hilton, and I am an LPC mental health counselor. I obtained my Master's in Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University in March of 2023, where I began seeing clients and gaining experience. I specialized in child and adolescent therapy while in school and have continued working with youths between 5 - 18 years old. I attended therapy myself as a child and adolescent and feel my personal experience has allowed me to better understand my younger clients. I have also gained experience working with adults through individual, couples, and family counseling.
"Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day, teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime." - Lao Tzu
This quote resonates with me as a strength based clinician who believes in the importance of fostering motivation and skill development in learning how to manage the complexities of our inner workings.
My name is Kacey K. Sliger, LMFT, LPC, LAC. I have been working with a variety of individuals, couples and families of all ages and stages of life for nine years!
So happy to see you are taking the steps to better your life! I am here to walk along side you through your trials and tribulations, and am honored to assist you in identifying and reaching your therapeutic needs and goals.
In therapy with me, you’ll find a space that balances comfort with challenge. We’ll explore what matters most, get curious about patterns, and use humor when it helps lighten the load. I work with individuals and couples, helping you reconnect with your strengths, make meaningful choices, and build relationships that feel genuine to you.
Do you ever feel unseen, unheard, or like you carried responsibilities no child should have had to? If that resonates, you are not alone. I work with adults and couples who grew up with an emotionally immature parent and still feel the effects on their relationships, self worth, and sense of self. Together we will explore these dynamics and how they shape your life today, and I will help you build the insight, confidence, and self trust to move forward. I also support people through anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, life transitions, and the relationship struggles that come with all of it.
As both a mental health and addiction professional, I bring a compassionate and holistic perspective to my work with clients. I understand that each person’s experiences are unique, and I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring challenges, building on their strengths, and working toward meaningful change.
My educational background reflects my commitment to understanding the connection between mental health, trauma, and overall well-being. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion with a minor in Psychology from Colorado State University–Pueblo, followed by a Master of Social Work with a concentration in Mental Health and Trauma from the University of Denver.
I am a clinician who believes that you are the most knowledgeable when it comes to your experience. I use skills building and resource tools to support you in claiming what you need from therapy. My approach combines tangible tools, affirming and safe practices, as well as somatic exercises to navigate what is bringing you into therapy.
