I've been in private practice for 20+ years. I treat teens and adults.I specialize in Marriage and Family concerns, addiction, eating disorders and Trauma/PTSD. I collaborate with clients on what will be useful to them to help clear what's getting in their way.

I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have been a nurse for over 20 years and the majority of my background comes from working in public health and child protective services. I am passionate about providing care that is both clinically effective and deeply human. My work is rooted in an evidence based approach, which means I rely on proven treatments, research and best practices to guide care.

My goal is to provide you with a safe, emotional space where you will feel comfortable, relaxed and know that you are being heard. I want you to be able to express yourself freely without any fear of judgement. Healing takes place when you are able to be open, honest and vulnerable. Throughout my practice, it has been an honor to help facilitate extraordinary transformation in the lives of my clients.
