Hi! I'm a Brazilian psychotherapist and I earned my Bachelor degree in Psychology in Brazil in 2004. I soon after moved to the US and earned my Masters degree in Marriage & Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling from the Argosy University in 2013. I have been in practice for 13 years working with individuals seeking support to deal with interpersonal conflicts, manage ADHD, anxiety, substance abuse and process trauma.

I specialize in working with clients who are experiencing or have experienced depression, anxiety, anger, grief/loss, relationship conflicts, addictions, gender/identity concerns, lack of motivation, abuse and trauma, life transitions and men’s mental health concerns. In addition, I have worked closely with the LGBTQ+ population. Prior to working in the private practice setting, I have 14 years of experience as a teacher and counselor in the public schools of New Jersey, Texas and Colorado.

With more than 30 years of experience, I've helped individuals navigate anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and life's many transitions with compassion, understanding, and practical support.

I am a certified as a Clinical Trauma Professional Level II, Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist, Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, and Clinical Telemental Health Provider. I’m also a National Certified Counselor. All this really means is that I may have some information you find useful.

Hello! My name is Courtney Daniel. I am a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I graduated from Wilkes University with my Master's of Science in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing. I also hold a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology.

I believe that healing looks different for everyone, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach. I believe in meeting you exactly where you are. I take a collaborative approach, which means we work through things together. Medication can be a helpful tool when it’s needed, but it’s not the only piece of the process. We’ll also focus on building and strengthening coping skills so you feel more confident day to day.
