Her style is collaborative and encouraging, focusing on building a strong partnership where clients feel supported, understood, and inspired to reach their full potential.
I believe that meaningful healing happens through connection. For clients who desire it, Christian faith and spirituality can also be incorporated into our work in a way that honors your individual beliefs and comfort level.

Throughout my career, I have worked in both inpatient hospital and outpatient settings, caring for individuals with a wide range of mental health conditions across the lifespan.
My passion is women's mental health. I specialize in supporting women through the unique emotional and psychological challenges that can occur during different stages of life, including postpartum, premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), infertility, menopause, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I'm Rachael Colley, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner focused on psychiatric medication management with a practical, skills-based approach. My path ran through teaching and nursing before prescribing, so explaining things in plain language comes naturally, and I care about what works in your real life, not just what looks good on paper.
Who I work with I see adults, teens, and children, with particular depth in ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, perinatal and postpartum mental health, and binge eating disorder. I provide neurodiversity-affirming care and have a strong interest in supporting people navigating a late diagnosis, both the relief of finally having answers and the practical work of figuring out what comes next.
I offer early morning, evening, and weekend appointments across Arizona.
I am a Arizona Board Certified Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has been working in the Mental Health field for the past 8 years.
