I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 15 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, & depression. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage! I am here to support you in that process.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who specializes in working with adolescents, teens, and young people navigating emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. Many of the teens and families I support are dealing with anxiety, depression, anger outbursts, defiance, low self-esteem, school stress, peer conflict, family tension, and difficulty managing big emotions. Parents often come to me feeling overwhelmed, unsure how to help, or concerned about changes in behavior, mood, or communication at home.
I believe healing begins with feeling truly seen, heard, and understood. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where young people can safely express themselves, build trust, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop a stronger sense of identity and self-worth. My work also focuses on helping families improve communication, reduce conflict, rebuild connection, and create more stable, supportive relationships at home. My goal is to help teens feel more confident and families feel more connected.

I hold a Certificate in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health from Troy University and am also a Certified Gottman Seven Principles Workshop Facilitator, which allows me to enhance the quality of relationships for my clients.
My clinical experience includes working with individuals, couples, families, children/adolescents, victims of sexual assault and domestic violence and group facilitation. Throughout my profession I have worked in a community mental health agency setting, private practice, crisis center, rehabilitation facility and serving parishioners at a church. I specialize in anxiety, anger management, depression, relationships and low self-esteem.
I truly desire to my clients succeed in the counseling process.
