Welcome. I am a dedicated mental health professional with extensive experience supporting both children and adults. I primarily work with individuals struggling with sadness, guilt, loss, loneliness, panic, overthinking, shame, ruminating thoughts, family issues, trauma, and worry. Having worked as a Grief Counselor in my previous role, I helped individuals navigate life while adjusting to their grief by sitting with people as they share their deepest thoughts and emotions. I offer an inclusive space where clients can feel safe, respected, and seen.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling, with a double-emphasis in both Community Counseling and Higher Education Counseling. I work with the adult population experiencing: anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship/family issues, coping, grief, substance use, adjustment, educational challenges, and occupational concerns. I am honored to support others, and truly enjoy seeing people become more aware, resilient, and positive on their journeys toward self-discovery.
I strive to provide a place of safety and security for those seeking emotional and mental wellness by building meaningful relationships with my clients. I enjoy working with trauma survivors while they find a new way of living with their past. I like to look at a person from a system perspective. What system (family or otherwise) did you grow up with? What does that look like now? What changes can you make in your system to create healthier boundaries and more meaningful relationships?
