Some people arrive feeling mentally exhausted—like their mind is running a marathon they never signed up for. Maybe anxiety keeps you on edge, depression has drained your motivation, or ADHD makes everyday tasks feel harder than they should. Whatever brought you here, my role is simple: help you sort through the noise and find a clearer path forward. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, and life transitions, creating a space where you can talk openly, think clearly, and begin making meaningful changes.
I am a licensed mental health counselor and substance use disorder profession in the state of Washington with over 35 years of experience working in various community clinics, treatment centers, hospitals and private practice. I am also a geriatric mental health specialist. I have worked with hundreds of people with a wide variety of concerns, including addiction/recovery, depression and anxiety, PTSD, stress management, LGBTQ-related issues, family systems, codependency, self-esteem, relationships of all types, grief and loss, and issues related to abuse and trauma.
Many of my clients are students, young adults, and working professionals navigating the demands of school, careers, relationships, and life transitions. They’re often trying to balance everything while wondering why life feels harder than it should.
I believe treatment works best when you better understand yourself and your options. Whether you’re experiencing symptoms of ADHD, anxiety, depression, psychosis, or another mental health concern, my approach is practical, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs.
As a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, my goal is to help you better understand what’s going on, feel confident in your treatment, and find an approach that fits your life.
Since therapy is about you, I will offer a little about myself. I was born and raised in rural Appalachia. My dad was a steel worker and a solid human being. He was the coach of my little league baseball team and taught me everything about nature. My mom however, was the one who inspired me to become a therapist. She never went to school for psychology, but she was one of the most naturally astute observers of human behavior I have ever known. She had an innate ability to truly see people, and they were drawn to her because of it. Her greatest gift was her discernment: she knew exactly when someone needed a silent, supportive ear and when they needed a practical problem solver. She always gave people precisely what they were seeking, and watching her transform lives just by listening is what made me want to do the same.
I am Navnoor Gill, a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a Master of Science in Nursing and experience providing psychiatric care in outpatient and telehealth settings.
My clinical experience includes psychiatric evaluations, medication management, treatment planning, and ongoing monitoring for adults experiencing a variety of mental health concerns. I am passionate about helping individuals improve their mental health, restore emotional balance, and enhance their overall quality of life.
I believe every patient deserves compassionate, personalized, and evidence-based care. My approach begins with listening to each patient's concerns, understanding their unique experiences, and working collaboratively to identify appropriate treatment options.
My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where patients feel comfortable discussing their concerns and empowered to actively participate in their treatment.
Hi I'm Beck. I'm a clinical social worker who specializes in working with individuals around relationship challenges and adult attachment concerns, trauma, life transitions, identity exploration, and mental health during infertility and pregnancy.
As a late diagnosed ADHD woman, I understand the struggles of perfectionism, anxiety and disordered eating and strive to provide neuro-affirming care. You deserve to feel good about yourself and I am confident we can get you there.
