Hello, I’m Charles, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) dedicated to helping adults build healthier, more fulfilling lives. I work with individuals and couples facing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, and major life transitions. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in trauma-informed care. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can openly explore your experiences, gain insight into patterns that may be holding you back, and develop the tools needed to heal, grow, and move forward with confidence.

With 33 years of experience as a clinical social worker, I've worked alongside people of all ages-teenagers navigating identify and stress, adults managing trauma, anxiety and mood disorders and seniors facing grief, loss and major life transitions. I've practiced in community mental health, crisis response, primary care and outpatient settings-this variety and extent of experience contributes to how I show up for you in every session.

I specialize in anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder and stress management. I work with adolescents, adults and older adults and I accept many major insurance plans-Including Aetna, Cigna/Evernorth, BCBS, Regence, Carelong and Quest. All sessions are virtual, which means you can access consistent, quality care without leaving home.

I hold a Masters of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University and am fully licensed in Oregon and Washington.

I have worked with clients and their families in various capacities for the past 12 years. I have found that I love helping people heal from past traumas and overcome whatever is holding them back. Through my training, I have found that the brain and body have incredible healing mechanisms hardwired into them. I am honored to be able to help others unlock those healing aspects and to help people enjoy their lives more fully. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Religious Studies and later completed my Master of Arts in Counseling at Multnomah University in Portland, Oregon. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington.

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Board-Certified (PMHNP-BC) with experience in mental health care since 2016. I earned my psychiatric certification in 2019 and have dedicated my practice to helping individuals navigate a wide range of mental health concerns with compassion, respect, and clinical expertise.

I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon, providing secure telehealth therapy for adults ages 18–65 throughout both states, allowing you to access sessions from the safety of your own space. I offer both private-pay and insurance options. I specialize in supporting clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.

I’m a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of patient care experience, specializing in anxiety, ADHD, depression, and trauma‐related concerns. I completed advanced graduate training in psychopharmacology and trauma‐informed care. I provide warm, collaborative medication management for adults and teens across Washington and New Jersey, through online sessions. My clinical philosophy is collaborative and compassionate. I believe treatment works best when clients feel heard, respected, and supported. Together, we’ll build a plan that feels safe, effective, and tailored to your needs.

I’ve spent 10 years working with teens and families, and I care deeply about helping people feel understood. Nnenna Orji is a board certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner committed to providing personalized and integrative care utilizing Cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and Christian counseling therapeutic modalities. Nnenna’s approach to mental health care is deeply rooted in empathy, offering a safe space where clients can feel seen, heard and valued throughout their mental health journey. In 2023 I completed my doctoral training as a psychiatric nurse practitioner at the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington. I earned my board certification in the fall of that same year.
