Hello! I am a Psychiatric NP and provide medication management services for those seeking treatment for their mental health issues. All appointments are done via telehealth. I offer flexible scheduling and accept insurance.
It can be incredibly difficult to untie the emotional knots that complicate relationships, self-confidence, and understanding the past. Therapy is a safe opportunity to uncover these core issues and learn practical techniques that foster deeper insight. I believe that with this insight you can make meaningful, lasting changes.
This field is everything to me. I have been fully licensed for a short time but have worked in mental health for over 10 years in many roles. Working with clients, being alongside them through their most difficult and profound experiences is, I feel, the biggest honor one could have.
I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can finally exhale. You don’t have to have the right words, know exactly what you need, or arrive with everything figured out.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and deeply human. I work with people who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected from themselves, or exhausted from carrying too much for too long. Together, we make space to understand what you’ve been through, what your nervous system has learned to protect you from, and what you need now in order to heal and move forward.
I created Gentle Ground Therapy with the hope of offering exactly what the name represents—a soft place to land, where you can feel supported, understood, and safe enough to grow.
You are more than what has happened to you, and healing does not mean becoming someone new. Sometimes it means gently finding your way back to yourself.
Hi, I’m Emileigh! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who has worked in the mental health field since 2020 with children, teens, and adults of all genders, backgrounds, and identities. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regent University, and I have also served as a Clinical Director and supervised counseling interns. I believe strongly in dignity, cultural humility, and creating a practice where people from all backgrounds and identities feel valued and understood; outside of work, I love coffee, sunshine, the beach, dancing, and spending time with family and friends.
I provide a thoughtful, intentional space for clients to explore, heal, and grow. My approach blends evidence-based practices with a deep respect for each client’s story, helping them move toward clarity, emotional balance, and a more aligned way of living.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15 years of experience in mental health and substance use services, and have a postgraduate Certificate in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy. I work with adults, with a particular passion for supporting women, LGBTQIA+, and BIPOC individuals, as well as those navigating post-psychedelic integration.
Our therapeutic partnership begins with the understanding that you are a whole person — not a diagnosis, a symptom, or a set of circumstances. Together, we will explore how the intersections of identity, lived experience, trauma, mental health, and substance use shape your inner world and outer life across biological, psychological, social, and spiritual dimensions.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 17 years of experience in counseling. I have worked with people struggling with diverse challenges including anxiety, depression, substance use, and life transitions.
Are you finding it challenging to fully enjoy life or feeling a bit overwhelmed as you work toward the life you truly desire? Have you experienced painful events in the past or recently? Whether it’s you or a loved one going through ongoing struggles, please know that you are not alone, and I am here to offer my support and compassion.
I have a Masters degree in Professional Counseling and am credential by The National Board of Certified Counselors. My professional background is in trauma recovery and forensic psychology, meaning I have approached trauma on from both ends of the spectrum. There is little I haven't seen or heard clinically. This allows me to remain open minded, and has given me the knowledge and experience to provide a safe, supportive space for exploration.
