I’m a clinical mental health counselor who works with adults navigating issues such as depression, anxiety, high stress, self-esteem issues, and feeling stuck. My goal is to create a space where you can show up as you are without feeling judged. Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, and focused on helping you understand what’s going on beneath the surface while building tools that actually make a difference in your day-to-day life.
I’ve worked with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and aim to create an inclusive environment where you feel heard, respected, and supported.
I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable enough to genuinely be yourself. I’m a down-to-earth and approachable therapist, and my goal is to create a space where you feel supported and understood without feeling judged. I also believe therapy doesn’t always have to feel heavy—there is absolutely room for humor and being human.
I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professionals. I have extensive experience working in mental health, particularly with adolescents, young adults, and families. Much of my professional background has been in residential treatment, where I have supported individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, behavioral concerns, relationship difficulties, and family conflict.
One thing my experience has taught me is that behavior usually makes a lot more sense once we understand what is happening underneath it. I enjoy helping clients understand themselves better, recognize patterns that may be keeping them stuck, and find healthier ways to cope, communicate, and move forward.
I especially enjoy working with people who may have had a difficult experience with therapy in the past—or who aren't completely sure they want to be in therapy in the first place. You don't have to come in knowing exactly what you want to work on. We can figure that out together.
Whether you are navigating trauma, ADHD, anxiety, or simply feeling stuck, you deserve support that actually fits you. I work with children, teens, and adults across Utah using approaches like EMDR, CBT, and Play Therapy, adapting every session to what helps you most. I would love to be part of your journey toward feeling more grounded and confident. Reach out whenever you are ready.

These diverse experiences have allowed me to work with individuals from virtually every walk of life while treating a broad range of complex behavioral health concerns.
My approach is individualized, practical, and grounded in research-supported treatment. I believe people are far more than the challenges that bring them to therapy. My commitment is to provide compassionate, clinically excellent care while helping clients build resilience, strengthen relationships, overcome obstacles, and create healthier, more meaningful lives.
