I have degrees in psychology and mental health counseling. I have been helping people find relieve from fear, pain, and discomfort for more than 20 years.

I earned my graduate degree in psychiatric-mental health nursing from Northern Kentucky University and have experience treating a wide range of conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, trauma-related conditions, mood disorders, and medication management for complex psychiatric presentations. My background includes working with individuals navigating life transitions, high-achieving professionals experiencing burnout, and patients seeking thoughtful, personalized medication management.

I specialize in comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management, with a focus on clarity, safety, and long-term stability. I aim to avoid overmedication while ensuring symptoms are effectively treated. When appropriate, I integrate supportive therapy techniques into sessions to help patients build insight, resilience, and practical coping strategies.

Hi there, my name’s Ephraim and I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 20+ years of experience. My specialties consist of relationships, men’s issues, career counseling, and psychosomatic illnesses.

Whether it's individuals or couples, I'm happy to get to work with whomever comes my way. I do my best to facilitate a warm, trusting environment. I received my Bachelors degree in Child Psychology, working initially with the adolescent population before transitioning over to adults. I then received my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. I'm a Utah native who studied at the University of Utah in Pesychology and Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I've worked primarily in substance abuse and addiction, which includes depression, anxiety, family issues, and communication - all the things that come with it. In my 11 years or practice, I've picked up a lot along the way.
