We all struggle at times, especially in the way we live these days. I can help you understand how and why you may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected and develop strategies to move through this to a happier, more grounded, and more confident version of yourself.

I dedicate my life work to helping others find ease in their life along with meaning and purpose and whatever is most important to them and their loved ones. When we lost my son-in-law to addiction and suicide, this career was jump-started!

Hi there, my name is Marilyn and I have 34+ years as an experienced licensed clinical social worker specializing in substance abuse treatment and bereavement and specialize in treating depression, adjustment disorders, and mental health related to health issues.

I hold both a bachelors and masters degree in social work.

Hi I'm Blair, a licensed clinical social worker with experience in behavioral health, residential, and community-based settings. My work is rooted in a relational, intuitive approach, with a strong focus on the connection between mind and body. I care a lot about helping people reconnect, with themselves, their bodies, and the world around them. Outside of therapy, I’m deeply drawn to nature and have led outdoor programs for adolescents around the world, which continues to shape how I show up in this work. Because of this background, I am offering walk and talk sessions in addition to virtual. I aim to be authentic, present, and genuinely curious with the people I work with.

People aren't broken, they are doing perfectly that which they would like to do differently. I enjoy helping people grow and change, moving to the next level they desire. I have degrees in psychology and mental health counseling. I have been helping people find relieve from fear, pain, and discomfort for more than 20 years.
