When anxiety, depression, mood changes, or emotional stress begin to interfere with your daily life, it can feel like you're carrying more than you were ever meant to carry alone. You may be tired of simply getting through the day and ready for a clearer path forward. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and understood. Before becoming a counselor, I spent many years in education helping people recognize strengths they often couldn't see in themselves. That experience continues to shape the way I approach therapy today. I believe people are incredibly resilient. With the right support, meaningful change is possible. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, struggling to focus because of ADHD, navigating a difficult relationship, processing trauma, or adjusting to a major life transition, my goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and more like yourself again.
