I’m Christopher Lewis, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master’s degree in counseling & development and a bachelor’s degree in psychology. My background includes crisis intervention, individual, family, and group therapy, as well as supporting people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, relationship challenges, grief, and major life transitions.
I understand that people can appear strong and capable while privately feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of what to do next. My goal is to provide a space where you can be honest about what you’re experiencing, better understand yourself, and develop practical tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and resilience.
Hi, I'm Tamra, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 12 years of experience helping individuals navigate life's challenges. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, life transitions, and substance use, and I tailor therapy to each person's unique needs and goals. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and supported. Together, we'll work toward meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.
You might feel stuck between who you thought you’d be by now and where life has actually taken you. Maybe you’re navigating a new diagnosis, old patterns that won’t let go, or relationships that feel like the same argument on repeat. As someone in long‐term recovery who once struggled to launch into adulthood, I understand how overwhelming it can be to rebuild your life from the inside out. I work with adults 17+ of all genders, and I have specific experience supporting people living with bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, and men who are exploring identity, emotions, and connection.
My educational background includes a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from The University of Texas of the Permian Basin and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas Woman’s University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in TX, CO, and PA, and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in ME, as well as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in OH.
My professional background includes working in Rikers Island as a therapist, working as a virtual EAP provider as well as private practice. My specific areas are individual therapy of those 13 years and older, with a heavy focus on trauma therapy and gender affirming care. My goal as a therapist is to create a safe space while also challenging you when necessary. I tend to be more direct and value building a strong therapeutic relationship above all.
