I’m a person-centered therapist with more than ten years of experience helping people navigate grief, anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship struggles, family conflict, heartbreak, abuse, and trauma. I work with a broad range of clients and bring specialized training in EMDR and trauma-focused care to my practice. I know what it is to struggle, and I believe healing begins when you no longer have to face that struggle alone. I am dedicated when it comes to supporting you and moving forward. I have come to realize that we all need some support as we face struggles and challenging situations. In order further support the best way I can, I have furthered my education by attaining my masters in clinical mental health counseling. I work often with D1 athletes & pros (as well as their family members). I love supporting the romantic partners of people in the public eye. Though I often work with athletes I am not a Sports Psych. In fact, I don’t even follow sports! I’m here for the rest of your life and identity.

I have more than 25 years of experience assessing and treating adolescents, adults, and families. While I appreciate numerous approaches, my patients have stated that I provide a melding of both direct and indirect styles. In other words, my standard of care is challenging and supportive.
