Hello, I'm Angela and my practice is called Mindful Healing. I have been a nurse for thirty four years and Practitioner for the last 6. I graduated with honors from Southern Adventist University with my Masters in Psychiatric care. I started my career helping first responders deal with PTSD. I treat depression and anxiety, along with ADHD and much more. I have extensive experience in addictions of all types. I care about my patients, and you will not be just a number if you choose to have me as your provider.

I have more than 25 years of experience assessing and treating adolescents, adults, and families. While I appreciate numerous approaches, my patients have stated that I provide a melding of both direct and indirect styles. In other words, my standard of care is challenging and supportive. More often than not, you won’t leave a session wondering what’s next.

Hi, I'm Shayla Robinson and I have over 15 years of experience helping patients overcome their toughest mental health challenges. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can feel comfortable, seen, and truly heard. My approach to therapy is collaborative and encouraging, whether you're navigating life transitions, managing stress, or seeking deeper self-understanding, we'll explore what brings you here at your own pace.

I work best with driven people experiencing a big change. Perhaps, despite your best efforts, things aren’t working out as you’d hoped. Or perhaps you’ve gotten all you wanted and it doesn’t satisfy. I work often with D1 athletes & pros (as well as their family members). I love supporting the romantic partners of people in the public eye. Though I often work with athletes I am not a Sports Psych. In fact, I don’t even follow sports! I’m here for the rest of your life and identity.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to reach out! Do you ever have those days when things are especially difficult?? When "Life is Lifing" as we say?? Many of the people that I meet and work with are looking for support with mental health, substance abuse, and/or management of traumatic events. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker as well as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I'm also a Mom of three and a dog Mom of two who likes to practice what I preach in my own life. As a strong believer in the mental/physical health connection, a lot of my focus is incorporating integrated health into our treatment approach. I also support an intimate hospice team in my area so I am comfortable having uncomfortable conversations about life.
