Welcome? Glad we found each other. A bit about me for you: I received my B.S in Psychology from Penn State University in 1989 and my M.A. in Counseling from Arcadia University in 2001 and my LPC in 2006. Over the course of my professional career, I’ve worked in inpatient, outpatient, and IOP settings with adults and adolescents. Currently, I run my private practice while working as a Program Director and faculty for an M.A. in Counseling Psychology program.
Outside of my formal education, I’ve explored – and continue to explore - sexuality, gender, trauma, psychedelic integration, dreamwork, shamanism, spirituality & psycho-spiritual work, meditation, mindfulness, and more recently, ecopsychology and ecotherapy, somatic and polyvagal work. I am also a certified (Holotropic/Transpersonal) Breathworker.
Presently, I work with adult individuals experiencing issues related to trauma, sexuality, depression, anxiety, men’s issues, life transitions, and grief, and who want to thrive instead of just surviving.
I look forward to hearing from you so we can assess our compatibility to work together toward your goals.
Each day, I provide mental health services with a holistic approach, general wellness (elevated blood pressure (hypertension), diabetes management, weight management, GLP-1 prescriptions, stress management, and nutrition), psychotherapy, talk therapy, medication management (per request), and strong advocacy for FMLA (continuous time off from work or reduced work schedule).
Reaching out for support can be one of the hardest steps, and you don't have to do it alone. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, coping with the effects of trauma, navigating grief, struggling in relationships, adjusting to a life transition, or facing parenting challenges, I offer a compassionate space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we will explore your experiences, identify your strengths, develop practical tools for managing challenges, and work toward the goals that matter most to you.
I focus mostly on behavior change. That might be a change from how you think about yourself, relationships, work, or something else. I can help you explore that. My role is to support you in believing that change is possible.
I also work in an open-ended environment. There is no contract or set number of sessions. Therapy should be flexible, and everyone's frequency is different. Most people notice growth within 10 sessions.
I’m a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner specializing in ADHD, mood disorders, and complex or unclear diagnoses. My approach is collaborative but direct - I focus on getting the diagnosis right and creating a treatment plan that truly fits your life.
I have experience across outpatient and residential settings, and I often work with patients who are looking for more clarity or haven’t found answers elsewhere.
My goal is to help you better understand your symptoms, feel more in control, and move forward with confidence.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with extensive experience supporting adolescents, adults, and older adults through life’s most challenging transitions. My background spans mental health therapy, crisis intervention, trauma recovery, child welfare, and geriatric care, which allows me to work with clients from a holistic, compassionate, and well-rounded perspective.
I use a strength-based, trauma-informed, and person-centered approach, meeting each client where they are and honoring their unique experiences. My clinical work integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT-informed skills, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices. I work collaboratively with clients to set meaningful goals, build coping skills, and create sustainable change.
I have experience helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, emotional regulation, self-esteem, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I also bring a strong background in crisis support and safety planning, ensuring clients feel supported, grounded, and safe throughout the therapeutic process.
Above all, I strive to provide a warm, non-judgmental, and culturally responsive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Therapy with me is collaborative and paced to your needs, with a focus on helping you reconnect with your strengths and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 19 years of experience, I provide culturally sensitive care to those navigating depression, anxiety, life transitions, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
As an EMDR-trained licensed clinical social worker, I work alongside clients to encourage vulnerability and build resiliency. I hold a double master's degree in social work and human sexuality, a trauma certificate, and Beck CBT certification. I work with individual adults and within relationships, using a healthy dose of humor and sensitivity.
Hello! My name is Kimberly or you can call me Kim. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 8+ years of experience in counseling and therapy. I enjoy working with teens and young adults, as well as anyone who is open to making changes in their life. I am strengths-based and solution-focused.
I have spent most of my professional life helping people manage stress, burnout, trauma, change, and the general emotional chaos that comes with being human. With a background spanning clinical counseling, higher education, leadership development, special education, and mental health advocacy, I bring both deep expertise and genuine relatability to the therapy process. I have presented nationally on topics like compassion fatigue, resilience, and trauma, but believe some of the best therapeutic work still happens in simple, honest conversations where people finally feel heard.
I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania with 20 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with coping with grief and loss, the impact of a medical diagnosis and parenting issues. I have worked with children and families in a medical setting for over 20 years. I have also worked closely with individuals and families who have been touched by cancer. I believe in treating everyone with compassion and respect. I believe you are the expert of your life. We are all unique and have our own strengths.
