You will be able to tell he likes and respects people in his life.

All parts are welcome! Do you ever feel like you have different parts of yourself that are struggling with each other and preventing you from moving ahead? Deep down inside of us we have inherent wisdom it is only a matter of tapping into that wisdom as a resource for healing. I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Pennsylvania and have been practicing since various clinical settings. My background includes training in addiction, EMDR, psychodrama, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I also integrate narrative therapy, art-based interventions, and Internal Family Systems in order to creatively integrate those parts of self that need attention and healing. True healing can accelerate in a relationship that is non-judgmental, accepting and warm and I seek to offer these aspects in my approach. You don’t have to carry the heavy burdens of your life alone- we can walk this road together!
Hello, I’m Regina, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with over 20 years of nursing experience caring for individuals and families across diverse backgrounds and stages of life. My nursing career has allowed me to support patients through some of their most vulnerable moments, including years working in hospice and end-of-life care, emergency medicine, addictions, and mental health. These experiences have shaped my compassionate, holistic approach to psychiatric care.
I specialize in helping individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, life transitions, grief and loss, ADHD, and addiction concerns, including alcohol use, substance use, and gambling. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, valued, and actively involved in your care.
At Grace Psychiatry & Wellness, I believe mental health treatment should be personalized and collaborative. Together, we will explore your concerns, develop an evidence-based treatment plan, and work toward improving your overall wellness and quality of life.
I focus mostly on behavior change. That might be a change from how you think about yourself, relationships, work, or something else. I can help you explore that. My role is to support you in believing that change is possible.
I also work in an open-ended environment. There is no contract or set number of sessions. Therapy should be flexible, and everyone's frequency is different. Most people notice growth within 10 sessions.
I am a strong advocate for individuals who feel misunderstood, marginalized, or impacted by stigma. I work with adults who are ready to stop suffering in silence and begin the process of healing and recovery from mental health concerns and/or substance use disorders.
My background has been shaped by walking alongside people through some of life’s most difficult and vulnerable experiences. I began working in hospice care, where I learned the importance of presence, compassion, and creating space for grief and meaning at the end of life. From there, I moved into intensive case management and addiction counseling in a methadone clinic, supporting individuals navigating substance use, trauma, and significant life challenges. Over time, my work has focused more deeply on individuals living with complex trauma, dissociation, personality disorders, severe mental illness, and experiences of domestic violence. These experiences have taught me how important it is to move gently, build trust at a pace that feels safe, and truly meet people where they are. I bring a steady, nonjudgmental presence into the therapy room, with the understanding that healing often begins in feeling seen, understood, and not alone.
I have been a Social Worker for over 20 years and am passionate and committed to helping client's live the best life they can.
