Hello and welcome! My name is Julie Buttram, I am an LPC in Pennsylvania, and received my degree from La Salle University. I have 10 years of experience working with a diverse population of individuals in outpatient therapy. The people I have worked with have come from all walks of life, many cultural experiences and identities, and across all ages (from 2 - 80 years of age).

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience, with much of my career dedicated to working with individuals who have experienced trauma. I specialize in helping people understand how trauma and other life experiences can affect their emotions, relationships, behaviors, and the way they see themselves. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and attachment-based approaches. I am also a Certified Yoga Instructor and Reiki Master, which has deepened my appreciation for mindfulness and the connection between the mind, body, and overall well-being.

I have my Bachelors degree from the University of Scranton in Psychology in 2010 and received my Masters degree in Rehabilitation Counseling in 2013 also from The University of Scranton. I have worked in many fields prior to getting into private practice and have experience with couples therapy, addiction, inpatient and outpatient mental health counseling, adolescents, grief and trauma. I hold a CRC (Certified Rehabilitation Counselor) and an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) in Pennsylvania.

As a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, I believe that prioritizing mental health is essential for achieving happiness and stability in life. Seeking help can often be challenging, so I want to compliment you for taking it! I have been practicing for over five years and have a proven track record of treating complex and severe mental disorders over the last decade. My experience includes working with patients diagnosed with bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, major depressive disorder (MDD), anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and addiction.

I'm Dr. Kimberlee Kaercher, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and founder of Lumax Counseling Services, LLC. I hold a Ph.D. in Forensic Psychology and a master's degree in counseling, and I have supported children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families across school and clinical settings. I provide a professional, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel genuinely understood. My background is somewhat unique and informs everything I do. Years of experience as an educator and special education teacher, along with my training in forensic psychology, have given me a deep understanding of behavior, development, trauma, and the many factors that shape a person's life. I bring that perspective into the therapy room with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care for the people I serve.
