I run a niche mental health clinic called Kavah Wellness Psychiatry. I hold a bachelors degree, two masters degree and a doctor of nursing practice degree. Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been in private practice since 2020. Beforehand, I worked in Chicago schools as a school social worker and paraprofessional. In my practice I focus on helping individuals throughout the lifespan who are looking for healing from trauma, and help managing anxiety and depressive symptoms.

As a triple board-certified nurse practitioner ( nurse midwife, family practitioner, and mental health), I believe that caring for your mind is just as important as caring for your body. I have many years of experience in the perinatal mental health field, but I enjoy caring for all walks of life. I currently care for clients aged 10-65 for many conditions, including depression, anxiety, mood/bipolar, PTSD, and perinatal disorders, among others.
