• Hello and welcome! My name is Brynne, and I have been an Oregon Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2008. I got my Masters in Social Work from Arizona State University in 2005. I have worked in community mental health and hospice in Oregon and have 6 years of post-graduate clinical experience. I have practiced in many different healthcare settings including hospitals, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, a day treatment center, an outpatient clinic, group homes, and independent living situations.

Prisca Oketch, APRN, PMHNP-BC, with over 17 years of dedicated clinical experience, specializes in comprehensive mental health treatment. I combine evidence-based psychiatric care with compassionate listening, creating personalized treatment plans that address each patient's unique needs. I am accepting new patients of all ages, from children to adults, both for cash pay and insurance with same-day availability.

I am an outcome-driven therapist who will work with you to start feeling like your best self. If you feel like you are stuck in the same patterns that aren’t working anymore, I will help you to explore new ways of approaching goals and relationship patterns and actually implement them into your daily life. I have over 10 years working in healthcare settings including 7 years in clinical mental health settings. Outside of therapy sessions, I enjoy being in nature, spending time with my dog, running, cycling, and creative pursuits.

I bring both clinical and real-world understanding into sessions. As a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, my path to psychiatry was shaped by over eight years as a bedside nurse. I watched patients face fear and uncertainty that often went unaddressed — and I knew those feelings deserved their own dedicated space. That's what brought me to outpatient psychiatry. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, and I have experience treating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, trauma, substance use, and more — including LGBTQ+ individuals and those navigating maternal mental health, grief, and chronic illness.
