I pride myself on diversifying my skill set as a social worker and have worked in a myriad of settings over the years. I have experience ranging from community mental health, inpatient acute psychiatric, outpatient, mental health policy, and veteran’s healthcare.

My areas of expertise include psychotic disorders, mood disorders, anxiety, military and non-military PTSD, interpersonal and relationship issues, family conflict, stress, and self-esteem. I see both individuals from 18 years old and upward as well as couples for couples counseling. My treatment modalities vary from CBT, DBT, EMDR, narrative therapy, humanistic therapy, and motivational interviewing.

Hi, I am Dr. Hayes, a Vanderbilt University-trained doctor of nursing practice, specializes in helping women (18+) navigate anxiety, life transitions, hormone changes, mood issues, and sleep challenges. With a passion for supporting professionals, healthcare workers, first responders, and mothers, I provide tailored care to empower women to thrive in all aspects of life.

I partner with individuals ages 12 and older who are navigating major life transitions or struggling with anxiety, depression, and sleep disturbances. My practice brings together the best of talk therapy, thoughtful medication management, and restorative lifestyle support to help you find balance and lasting relief. Together, we will look at the whole picture of your health in a comfortable, convenient virtual space. Now accepting insurance and self-pay clients.

I received my masters degree in clinical mental health counseling from Xavier University in 2020, but have been working in the mental health field since 2016. My professional background in foster care treatment has helped me form a foundation for trauma treatment.
