Hello, I'm Stefanie Young, an Army brat, born in Germany and a Gulf War Veteran. I've spent my entire career in and around first response: military, military police, and civilian law enforcement which has truly shaped my approach to therapy by understanding the culture, the pressures that come with it, and what it takes to finally talk to someone.

My practice is a confidential, open space for adults working through trauma, PTSD, anxiety, anger, and depression. If you're a first responder or veteran, you won't need to explain your world to me, I've lived it. And if you're not, you're equally welcome as well.

As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I provide compassionate, supportive mental health care centered on medication management. To enhance your treatment, I integrate brief, supplemental supportive interventions and targeted coping strategies when clinically indicated. I am currently accepting new patients (ages 18–64) and have immediate openings with flexible scheduling for both online and in-person appointments.

As an Independent Clinical Social Worker, I believe prioritizing your mental health is the key to finding your joy. I have been in practice for 11 years focusing on individuals navigating the impact of anxiety, depression, PTSD/trauma, working with couples, and parent mentoring.
