I have over 25 years working with professionals and their families. I have worked in both healthcare and corporate settings and have clinical, crisis, management and directorship roles. In my private practice, my specialties include serious health challenges such as cancer, Parkinson's and organ transplant, complicated grief and survivors of traumatic events/disasters. Additionally, I work with anxiety/depression, addiction recovery, relational issues, spectrum disorders, cross-cultural issues, work-life balance, clergy, law enforcement and medical professionals.
Therapy with Lived Wisdom
With over 20 years of experience walking alongside individuals on their healing journeys, I bring more than clinical knowledge—I bring lived understanding. My work is rooted in the mind-body connection, because true healing doesn’t just happen in the mind. It happens in the nervous system, in the body, and in the deeper layers of the self.
Choosing a therapist is a sacred step. If you’re wondering how to choose, I invite you to ask: “Do they do their own work? Have they sat in the depths they’ll be guiding me through?”
I have. I’ve lived the unraveling. I’ve done the deep inner work. And I’ve found my way through.
Now, I offer a steady, compassionate presence to help you find yours. You don’t have to do this alone.
Let me walk with you.
Life often throws us into unpredictable, high-stress environments—and navigating those challenges can feel like an intense journey of its own. If you are feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or carrying the weight of trauma, you don't have to navigate the trail alone.
I specialize in working with individuals who operate in high-stress, high-consequence roles—including military service members, veterans, first responders, and healthcare professionals. Whether you are dealing with critical incident stress, chronic burnout, or complex trauma, I provide a grounded, practical space tailored to the unique culture and demands of your work.
My approach is deeply informed by years of hands-on experience in high-stakes settings. After starting my career as a Wilderness EMT in 2016 and enlisting in the Army National Guard in 2018, I earned my Master’s in Social Work (MSW) from Utah State University. Since then, I’ve served as a Behavioral Health Officer in the National Guard and worked across emergency departments, crisis and disaster response, public education, and outpatient mental health.
Using evidence-based, trauma-informed therapies, my goal is to help you process difficult experiences, build sustainable resilience, and regain a sense of balance. Outside of the clinic, you’ll find me teaching CPR and Wilderness First Aid, spending time with my family, and finding adventure outdoors—a mindset I bring into therapy as we work together to help you thrive, no matter what environment you're navigating.
Your Path to a More Fulfilling Life
I am an open-minded and nonjudgmental therapist dedicated to providing a truly safe place for everyone. With over 17 years of experience as a mental health counselor, I welcome all individuals and am experienced in supporting those with alternative lifestyles and unique situations.
Tailored, Collaborative Therapy
- Eclectic Approach: I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy because I firmly believe that one size does not fit all. Our work will be customized entirely to your needs.
- Team Partnership: I recognize you as the expert in your life! We will work together as a team to establish clear goals and the practical steps needed to help you attain your dreams.
- Holistic Support: I support clients across all dimensions of wellness, guiding you toward a better and more fulfilling life where goals are attained, communication is improved, and relationships are strengthened.
Specializing in Intimacy and Relationships
With a particular interest in sexual dysfunction and intimate relationship problems, I accept you exactly as you are, offering unconditional positive regard throughout your therapeutic journey.
If you’re carrying trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, or a difficult life transition, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I work with veterans, first responders, students, children, and adults facing complex challenges, and as someone shaped by my own path, I bring a deep respect for resilience, healing, and the real courage it takes to ask for support.
I'm a licensed therapist with ten year's experience. I am trained in providing trauma informed services for individuals, couples, and families.
