Bipolar disorder involves mood shifts between highs and lows that can affect daily life. Headway connects Minnesota residents with 324 licensed providers experienced in mood stabilization, medication management, and evidence-based therapies like CBT and DBT skills to support recovery.
For the past eighteen years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals, children, and families across both clinical and K–12 educational settings. My professional journey has included roles as a Professional School Counselor, 504 Coordinator/Learning Specialist, and Clinical Therapist, giving me a unique understanding of how emotional, cognitive, and learning needs intersect.
Over time, my view of mental health has expanded. I’ve always been interested in nutrition, movement, sleep, and lifestyle as contributors to emotional wellness. But everything shifted when I began integrating mindfulness, contemplative practices, and a deeper exploration of hormone health—both personally and professionally. Understanding how hormones influence mood, stress, and cognition opened an entirely new dimension of care.
I now approach therapy through a whole-person lens that honors the connection between mind, body, hormones, and environment.
Hi there! My name is Will and I’ve supported people going through different stressors in a variety of settings. I have experience supporting a variety of people with different mental health disorders in residential, intensive outpatient, and the outpatient settings. I’ve worked with people who have experienced severe trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, Autism spectrum disorder, personality disorders, schizophrenia, attachment related disorders, among others.
I am a clinical licensed therapist with two years of experience with ADHD, Autism, and Trauma. I got my Master’s and social work from Simmons College and Bachelors of Psychology from University of MN Twin Cities. I specialize in working with kids 0-17 but also work closely with families! I am certified in Child Parent Psychotherapy and the Early Start Denver Model for kids with Autism and ADHD.
I am passionate about creating non-judgmental, safe spaces for my clients. My approach centers on building trusting alliances with those I serve, working collaboratively to help them achieve their personal goals and enhance their quality of life.
I bring specialized experience in several key areas, including Veteran and military life transitions, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, mood disorders, relationship challenges, life changes, and stress management. Whether you're navigating service-related challenges or working through personal struggles, I'm here to support you on your journey toward wellness.
I have been working in the mental health field for the past seven years, with a strong foundation in nursing and psychiatric care. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2019 and began my career on a behavioral health unit, where I gained extensive experience supporting individuals with both acute and chronic mental health conditions.
In 2024, I completed my Master of Science in Nursing and became a Psychiatric–Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). Over the past two years in advanced practice, I have provided comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment for a wide range of mental health disorders.
My clinical experience includes addiction medicine and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), as well as the management of depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and ADHD. I am committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based, and patient-centered care. I work collaboratively with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that promote stability, resilience, and long-term well-being.
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, I believe healing happens through genuine connection, curiosity, and compassion. Life can feel overwhelming at times, and you don't have to navigate it alone. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to show up exactly as you are—without judgment—as we work together toward greater understanding, resilience, and meaningful change.
Hello and welcome. I look forward to being apart of your healing journey.
