Hello and welcome to my site. I have been licensed as a social worker since 1995 when I obtained my undergrad degree in social work. Since that time I have been licensed at the independent clinical level after obtaining my MSW degree and have been in practice independently since 2011. I work with a variety of clients with different issues, but I focus on trauma and how traumatic situations and life experiences impact how people see the world.

Grief doesn't follow anyone else's timeline, and neither does healing. I work with adults and seniors across a wide range of life experiences, with particular depth in grief, maternal mental health, anxiety, and the emotional weight of chronic or physical health challenges. As a certified Grief Support Specialist, I bring focused training to one of the most isolating things a person can go through, and I approach every person with genuine curiosity about their whole life, not just their symptoms.

My day job is providing social work support in a hospital, and I have spent many years helping people navigate complex health and life challenges. Before the hospital, I worked in nursing homes, which gave me extensive experience supporting older adults and their families. I understand the realities of healthcare, substance use, and caregiving, and I strive to be a warm, nonjudgmental presence for everyone I meet. Hannah is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She has now been working in the field of nursing for over 15 years and absolutely loves what she does! She completed her B.S. in Nursing at North Park University in Chicago in 2010. After several years as a bedside nurse in the ICU and L&D, she graduated with her MSN in Midwifery in 2021. During that time she saw a need for mental health care services in the perinatal and postpartum period, so she went back to school to pursue her post-graduate certificate as Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and graduated in January 2023.

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) providing virtual care to adults in Wyoming, Minnesota and Nebraska. I have a background as a registered nurse and advanced practice provider, which allows me to combine strong clinical skills with a practical, down-to-earth approach.

I specialize in ADHD, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, alcohol & substance use, and women’s mental health, including PMDD, perimenopause, and menopause. I work primarily with adults who want thoughtful, individualized care and a provider who looks at the full picture—not just sx or diagnoses.
