I’m a compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (APRN, PMHNP-BC) with over 20 years of nursing experience and a Master’s degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing, currently pursuing my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP). I provide warm, supportive telehealth care for individuals of all ages, offering thoughtful, personalized treatment to meet your unique mental health needs.

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and a University of Michigan graduate, and my

area of expertise is co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Over the course of

my career, I have worked with individuals navigating addiction, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and

the complex challenges that arise when these conditions intersect. I believe that healing

happens in a space where you feel genuinely safe and understood, and I am committed to

providing exactly that. I would love to work alongside you as you move toward the life you

deserve.

I work with teens and adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, or major life transitions, and I strive to meet you with respect, compassion, and understanding.

I'm a licensed professional counselor in Michigan with dual master's degrees and advanced training in CBT, trauma-focused therapy, ACT, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and Critical Incident Stress Debriefing.My approach is practical in the truest sense of that word: I'm here to help you develop skills you can actually use, not just insight that stays in the room.
