I offer therapy in English, Hindi, and Urdu. My goal is to create a welcoming space where you feel understood as a whole person—including your culture, identity, family relationships, values, and life experiences. Good for you! You’re here because you’re having difficulty in a relationship; or struggling with depression or anxiety and have decided you’re tired of feeling stressed and want to be better able to cope. You deserve to live your life to the fullest and not allow new - or longstanding issues to keep you from reaching your full potential. I focus on building a trusting relationship which will allow you to explore the changes you want to make to improve the quality of your life. I have successfully helped many clients reach their full potential by engaging in therapy treating YOU as a person, and not a disorder.
I'm Brooke- a Michigan-based therapist with 26 years of experience and a deep belief that people are more resilient than they given themselves credit for. I work entirely online, which means you can access quality mental health care from wherever you are in Michigan. I've worked with hundreds of individuals across the lifespan- from teens navigating pressure to seniors managing life transitions - and what I've learned is that most people don't need to be "fixed". They need someone who actually listens, helps them see patterns they've been too close to notice, and walks alongside them as they build the life they want. I accept BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, Priority Health, Carelon, Ascension, and Medicare Advantage- so insurance is rarely a barrier.
I am an empathetic, patient, and inclusive therapist with a passion for helping others that are going through difficult transitions in life and experiencing hardships. My counseling style is diversified, integrating person-centered, psychodynamic, emotionally focused, cognitive-behavioral, and existential therapy into counseling sessions.

For over 35 years, I have walked alongside individuals seeking a deeper meaning, healing, and wholeness. My work is rooted in a Bio-Psycho-Spiritual approach - honoring the inseparable connection between body, mind, and soul - drawing from Meditation, Mindful-Being, and interfaith traditions to meet each person exactly where they are. I have been told I have a particular gift in working with those in their wisdom years, guiding them through the profound process of life review - a reflective journey of integrating past experiences, finding meaning, and embracing a renewed sense of self. Whether you are navigating a spiritual awakening, a life transition, grief, or simply have a quiet longing for something more, I offer a space that is safe, unhurried, and deeply honoring of your unique path.
