I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and the founder of Circle of Life Wellness Services, where I provide compassionate, whole-person care for adults and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. My work focuses on supporting people through emotional overwhelm, identity shifts, relationship changes, and the many adjustments that come with different seasons of life.
I have a special interest in women’s mental health and maternal mental health, including pregnancy, postpartum adjustments, caregiving stress, burnout, and balancing personal needs with family, relationships and professional responsibilities. I also support clients coping with grief and loss, life changes, and feeling “stuck” or disconnected from themselves.
At Circle of Life, I believe healing happens when you feel safe, supported, and seen. My goal is to walk alongside you as you move toward balance, clarity, and emotional wellness—at your own pace.
As a therapist with over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, families, and
individuals, I use a trauma-informed, client-centered approach.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master’s degree in Counseling from Central Michigan University. I practice in the state of Michigan and create a warm, confidential space where you can talk openly and grow. I use evidence-based methods like CBT, and mindfulness, adapted to you and your goals. Sessions can be in-person or via telehealth, with flexible scheduling and clear communication about privacy and plans. If you’re unsure about therapy, an initial chat can help us decide if we’re a good fit and outline your next steps.
Welcome! I’m a compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (APRN, PMHNP-BC) with over 20 years of nursing experience and a Master’s degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing, currently pursuing my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP). I provide warm, supportive telehealth care for individuals of all ages, offering thoughtful, personalized treatment to meet your unique mental health needs.
I have been doing this work since 2009 — which means I have sat with a lot of people through a lot of different kinds of hard. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling with a dual focus in professional counseling and marriage and family therapy, and my career has moved through two distinct chapters that have shaped how I practice. The first half was spent in the world of substance use — working with individuals and families where the stakes were high and the complexity was real. The last several years have been in private practice, where I've worked with the full range of human struggle: depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, substance use disorders, parenting stress, and the disorienting moments when life shifts beneath your feet. I work with individuals, couples, and groups. Very few things surprise me at this point — and that's exactly what makes this work feel safe.
I listen, provide empathy in a way to make you feel empowered without judgement or negativity.
