I’m a bilingual Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor I (LADC I) who supports adolescents, adults, and families in English and Spanish. I also support clients navigating anxiety, depression, stress, emotional regulation, relationships, recovery, and other personal challenges. My goal is to help you feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment.

I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, using collaborative care approach to personalized treatment plans that aligns with each client's goals. I have worked in several clinical and therapeutic settings including working in private practice for several years, and having had the unique opportunity to work with underprivileged folks in a correctional setting both in an individual therapy and group therapy capacity. These unique experiences have given me the opportunity to work across a variety of settings and acquire a multidisciplinary approach for individuals with unique and specific needs.

I have over thirty years of experience helping clients achieve their goals in a supportive and safe environment. I am fluent in both English and Spanish. I received my undergraduate degree from Stanford University and my Masters of Social Work from Columbia University. I have resided in both the United States and Latin America.
