As an independently licensed clinical social worker, I believe in meeting people where they are. I am glad you made it here. I've been practicing for several years, having made the shift from community based work to telehealth a few years ago. I specialize in working with adults experiencing symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, and ADHD.
Hello! My name is Erin Sadiq and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience supporting individuals and families through a strengths-based, trauma-informed lens. I am passionate about fostering resilience and emotional wellness across diverse populations.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, family systems, child/adolescent mental health, and use an integrative approach that may include CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques. I am client-centered and work hard to create a safe, collaborative space for growth and healing.
I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of New Hampshire and maintain active licensure in Massachusetts. In addition to my clinical work, I am committed to ongoing professional development and community advocacy.
When not working, I love traveling, exploring new places, and soaking in the beauty of different cultures and experiences.
Are you tired of carrying the weight of everything on your own? Ready to stop feeling stuck and start creating meaningful change? I help adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship and intimacy concerns, family challenges, OCD, health-related stress, sexual identity exploration, seasonal affective disorder, work stress, and major life transitions. You deserve a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. Together, we'll uncover what's keeping you stuck, explore new perspectives, and develop practical strategies that help you move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
Welcome! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts specializing in trauma, anxiety, mood and personality disorders, and attentional difficulties. I primarily work with adults and also see teens 15+ who are experiencing anxiety, navigating life transitions or relationship stress, feeling overwhelmed, or looking for someone to talk to. I have over five years of experience helping people aged 14 and older. I have completed a Master's level certificate program in trauma and another in Trauma-Focused CBT.
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who understands the importance of providing healthcare from a holistic perspective, centered on healing the whole person (mind, body, and spirit). I am certified in working with all ages, from children to the elderly. I can help with anxiety, depression, bipolar, ADHD, ASD, and Schizo-affective disorders. My psychiatric experience includes working in acute care psychiatric hospitals as well as private practice outpatient mental health care.
Dr. Gross graduated from Albert Einstein College of Medicine and completed an internship in pediatrics at Montefiore Medical Center. During this time, a rotation with the child psychiatry consultation-liaison team solidified his interest in psychiatry, particularly the intersection of medical care, family dynamics, and the social contexts that shape patients’ mental health. He completed his general psychiatry residency at the University of Miami, followed by a child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Johns Hopkins Hospital.
You may be used to being the person everyone else depends on. Maybe you’re caring for a child with special needs or complex medical needs, or you’re a first responder or work in a high-stress profession where pushing through is part of the job. Over time, constantly being “on” can lead to stress, anxiety, burnout, guilt, or feeling overwhelmed. I offer a space where you don’t have to hold it all together. Together, we’ll focus on what’s weighing on you, build practical ways to manage stress, and make room for your own needs, too.
Everyone has times in their lives when they feel confused, conflicted, overwhelmed, or just plain stuck. Finding the right person to help you sort through it can feel overwhelming too—which is thankfully where I come in.
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience working with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, pre- and postpartum challenges, relationship issues, self-esteem, and major life transitions. Over the years, my practice has evolved to focus primarily on adults who want to better understand what is getting in the way of their happiness, relationships, success, or overall well-being.
I’m warm, open-minded, down-to-earth, and believe humor absolutely has a place in therapy. I’m also serious about boundaries and helping people find their voice. You don’t have to become a different person to feel better. Often, our work is about understanding yourself more clearly, recognizing what is no longer working for you, and becoming more comfortable making choices based on what you actually need—not just what keeps everyone else happy.
As a licensed mental health counselor, I believe that mental well-being is foundational to living a fulfilling and connected life. Taking the step to begin therapy can be challenging, and I commend you for making that choice. Over the course of my career in college and community mental health, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals navigate substance use, addiction, anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, and challenges with motivation. My goal is to create a compassionate, judgment-free environment where growth and healing can take root.
