I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) with more than two decades of clinical experience helping adults navigate complex emotional, relational, and medical challenges. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Boston College and have dedicated my career to providing thoughtful, evidence-based care rooted in authenticity, compassion, and the belief that genuine change is possible at every stage of life.

My areas of specialization include anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, medical conditions, LGBTQ+ identity and relationships, grief and loss, end-of-life issues, and advanced care planning. My integrative approach draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and a Humanistic framework. My name is Jaime Frazier, and I am a licensed mental health clinician with more than nine years of experience working with adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of behavioral health settings. Throughout my career, I have provided individual, group, crisis, and substance use treatment services, helping clients navigate life's challenges and achieve meaningful personal growth.

I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have experience working in outpatient, crisis intervention, residential, partial hospitalization, and community-based treatment settings. My clinical background includes working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma-related disorders, substance use disorders, bipolar disorder, psychosis, schizophrenia, grief and loss, life transitions, and stress management concerns.

Many of my clients come to me feeling like something is holding them back. Stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, struggling to communicate in ways that feel authentic, or searching for healthier ways to cope with life's challenges. They often describe a sense that their personal growth has stalled, even when they can't quite put their finger on why.

Greetings, I am an eleven-year Marine Corps veteran (2003 to 2014), experienced in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. My main approach is person centered with a spattering of CBT, ACT, and REBT. Feel free to chat with me a bit and see if we work well together. I am unable to hold in person sessions at this time as I am living in Georgia, but I do miss Boston and lived there from 2018 to 2024. I completed my master's in mental health counseling at Cambridge College in 2022, worked in a psychiatric hospital in a dual diagnosis role from 2022 to 2023, and moved on to community mental health where I worked as an outpatient clinician from 2023 to 2024, earning my licensure in December of that year. I took some time off from conducting therapeutic sessions due to a personal need. During that time, I worked with the Department of Social Services in South Carolina as a foster care case manager and later with a residential substance abuse treatment center at Johnson State Prison, Georgia. I am now back on the plate and ready to get back into hosting mental health therapy sessions remotely. Perhaps I will return to Massachusetts in the future.
