Hi, my name is Rachel Register and I am a licensed independent clinical social worker who has been in practice in Massachusetts as well as New Hampshire for over 10 years working with adults, couples and families. I feel passionate about healing and empowering clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship issues and life transitions.

My concentrations are substance use, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I am also experienced in providing emotional support with LGBTQ+, life stressors, relationship difficulties, divorce, legal problems, financial issues, or loss. Katy is a LMHC and has over 12 years of experience working with a wide range of mental health conditions. In addition to general treatment, Katy has experience working with the perinatal population to address mood and anxiety conditions in addition to emotional complications resulting from grief and loss, infertility, relationship issues, birth trauma, parent-child attachment issues, and attachment-based trauma that exacerbates during parenting.
