Hi there, my name’s Ephraim and I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 20+ years of experience. My specialties consist of relationships, men’s issues, career counseling, and psychosomatic illnesses.

Whether it's individuals or couples, I'm happy to get to work with whomever comes my way. I do my best to facilitate a warm, trusting environment. I received my Bachelors degree in Child Psychology, working initially with the adolescent population before transitioning over to adults. I then received my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. I work with adults facing a range of diagnoses, life challenges, and difficult transitions. As a clinician, I believe the therapeutic process is the invisible string that connects what we struggle with now, to the meaningful changes we want and need.

I've been practicing for over a decade. I received my Master of Science, and Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in Mental Health Counseling from Suffolk University, in Boston, MA. I was also awarded an Outstanding Graduate Student Award recognizing several different criteria, including clinical competence, and development of professional identity.

I have worked with children, young adults, adults, and seniors as an outreach clinician, and in outpatient settings.

I also have experience with adults in MMT settings, and substance abuse counseling.

Most recently, I have shifted my focus to working with adults only (18+).

Life doesn't come with a roadmap and it's normal to feel overwhelmed at times. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance use, cultural or identity concerns, grief/loss, and relationship challenges. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and approachable space where you can explore your experiences and take meaningful steps towards change.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals across outpatient and emergency settings I bring a grounded and compassionate perspective to therapy. This background allows me to meet clients where they are whether they're seeking immediate relief or working toward deeper personal growth.

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) serving adolescents and adults across Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Before entering private practice, I worked in forensic mental health and alongside first responders. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, or a major life transition, I strive to provide a thoughtful, down-to-earth space where you can feel genuinely heard and supported.
