As a therapist, I've worked with adolescents and adults for over a decade; sharing in their challenges, connecting in laughter and kindness.

As your therapist I will work alongside you to help you learn to identify your emotions, learn healthy ways to express yourself, and healthy and effective ways of communicating with others. A bit about my educational journey: Upon Graduating from High School in Oregon, I headed East. I earned my Bachelors Degree in Communication Studies from Emerson College in Boston where I minored in Psychology. My Masters in Clinical Mental Health came years later from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA.

I see my role as creating a safe space a where you can explore what it means to be you. Within the therapeutic alliance, built on trust and safety, I will listen to your joys, fears, and pain with empathy and compassion, and offer you tools to thrive.

Hello! I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over 16 years of clinical experience working as a therapist, supervisor and leader in residential, outreach, community mental health and healthcare settings. Based in Massachusetts, I currently offer telehealth services to clients statewide. My specific areas of focus include young adults and adults, those in the LGBTQIA+ communities, as well as those experiencing difficulties or discomfort with change, anxiety, grief/loss, depression and feeling "stuck."
