My philosophy is very Jungian-based. I offer a masculine perspective to help those in learning about how to help relate to themselves better and then offer better relationships with others. My work is centered on the truth that when we see reality we are set free. The matrix keeps you stuck and enslaved. My mission is to help people free themselves so they can connect to their true nature and feel more fulfilled. I use health, nature, sexuality, and spirit to help others.

I do Individual, Couples, Family, and Group Therapy. I currently facilitate a Bereavement Group which meets at my Brookline office every Saturday from 2-4pm. I also run groups for substance abuse, depression and anxiety. In addition, I have a lot of experience counseling children of all ages. I am a firm believer in strength-based psychotherapy.

As a Master's level therapist(MSW) and Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor I(LADC I) with 20 years of experience treating substance use disorders, I understand the anguish addiction causes. I've been practicing for over a decade. I received my Master of Science, and Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in Mental Health Counseling from Suffolk University, in Boston, MA. I was also awarded an Outstanding Graduate Student Award recognizing several different criteria, including clinical competence, and development of professional identity.
