Hi there, I am Aloys. I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is committed to providing you with evidence-based compassionate mental health care with a holistic approach. I have several years experience in acute inpatient psychiatric units treating a wide variety of mental health conditions. My goal is to provide an environment of care where you feel supported, heard, and understood. We will work collaboratively in an open communication to provide you with information that will help you make the best decision for you.

I am a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with training in both primary care and psychiatric mental health. I have extensive experience providing care in community, correctional, and integrated care settings, where I work with individuals managing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and other mental health concerns.

I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and respected. I value thoughtful assessment, clear communication, and collaborative decision-making to help clients better understand their symptoms and treatment options. My goal is to partner with each client to develop a personalized care plan that supports both mental and overall well-being.

As a mental health professional, I believe in the importance of personal connection with my clients. I hold a Master's degree from Walden University and studied medicine in Cuba, giving me a solid understanding of both the body and mind.

I have experience working in outpatient clinics and private practice, focusing on anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma across diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults.

Having personally faced anxiety and depression, I approach my clients with empathy and compassion, understanding their struggles firsthand. My goal is to create a safe environment where we can work together towards healing and resilience.

Ashley Bedeau, LCPC, is a Licensed Clinical Counselor. As an African American-Trinidadian, I offer a unique perspective in my practice. With a background in trauma care, dual-diagnosis treatment, and first responder wellness, I employ a person-centered, trauma-informed approach to promote resilience and healing. My goal is to help you navigate life's challenges with empathy and confidence.

I have been in private practice for over 24 years. I work with my clients to resolve past issues and work towards their present and future goals. I use a variety of skills to provide the best treatment for each client, including cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, hypnosis and strength based. I provide individual, couples and family therapy.

My name is Sarah Cardenas. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW-C) based in central Maryland, and the founder of Two Sparrows Counseling of Maryland. I primarily work with children ages 5 and up, moms, and individuals navigating recovery from substance use, gambling, or other addictions.

I also offer Christian counseling for clients who would like to incorporate their faith into our work together.

As a mom myself, I know how important it is for kids to have the support they need to grow - and how easily moms' own needs get pushed to the back burner while they carry so much for everyone else. And having grown up in central Maryland, I've seen firsthand what addiction can do to a community. Helping people fight their way back from it isn't just professional work for me - it's personal calling.
