I have Master's degree in Social Work from NYU and spent ten years working with adults struggling with substance abuse. I have also worked with adolescents and their families. Currently, I work with adults who are facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, addiction, relationships issues such as infidelity and repairing intimacy. Learning to better understand how the subconscious often dictates more of our behaviors than we realize can be very helpful in making better decisions. I believe everyone can learn from their past and better understand their mistakes in order to live more meaningful and productive lives. I also believe that pain and trauma do not have to hold us back and that there is way to find comfort and strength in order to move on.
