I am a licensed Social Worker with more than 25 years experience working in the field of Mental Health. I have worked with individuals and families with a particular emphasis on crisis intervention and the impact of mental illness on the family system. My experiences have included assisting clients learn to manage mood disorders and anxiety and learn skills related to anger management, healthy relationships, parenting and boundary setting. I have extensive experience assisting individuals within the correctional system with learning skills needed for successful reentry into the community.

Ashley Bedeau, LCPC, is a Licensed Clinical Counselor. As an African American-Trinidadian, I offer a unique perspective in my practice. With a background in trauma care, dual-diagnosis treatment, and first responder wellness, I employ a person-centered, trauma-informed approach to promote resilience and healing. I specialize in working with adults who are navigating the complex intersections of ADHD and Addiction Recovery. For me, becoming a therapist was a calling forged through personal experience. My foundational passion for substance use recovery was born from a deep desire to support those battling the cycle of addiction, and today, I am energized by helping individuals turn their struggles into a path of sustainable freedom and focus.

As a Doctor in Nursing Practice, I have been in healthcare for over ten years, which has prepared me to manage my patients with evidence-based treatment modalities. I bring compassion and commitment to my practice of caring for the holistic needs of my patients, which entails a comprehensive assessment and evaluation of the patient’s psychological, emotional, and physical well-being, also creating a plan of care that will optimize a favorable outcome in a realistic, goal-oriented length of time, with the patient’s buy-in.

I am a psychotherapist with over 8 years of experience in the counseling field. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland. I have experience treating a wide range of complex clinical concerns including mood, anxiety, psychotic, trauma related, and personality disorders. I also have an extensive history of treating addiction related issues and a strong understanding of 12-step recovery.

Dr. Seraphine Agbor is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner CRNP-PMH, graduated with a Doctorate from Chatham University. Dr. Agbor has over seven years of experience working with patients dealing with addiction and mental illnesses. She works with patients dealing with depression, anxiety disorders, substance use disorder, PTSD, schizophrenia, and many others. She utilizes a mix of medications and psychotherapy, and works with devoted staff to offer alternative treatments that may be beneficial to patients. Dr. Agbor follows evidence-based guidelines blended with clinical experience, personal observation, and intuition. She also ensures the quality of care, and open communication lines between all members of the healthcare team. Dr. Agbor has strong clinical skills, enhanced by her natural ability to build rapport with patients and families.
