Hi, I’m Angela, a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) practicing in Maryland and Tennessee via telehealth. I provide therapy in both English and Spanish and specialize in working with children ages 11 and up, teens, and adults. I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, ADHD and ASD and life transitions, and I have a warm, grounded style that helps clients feel safe and understood. I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of nursing experience and extensive work in inpatient psychiatry. I hold a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in psychiatric mental health and care for individuals across the lifespan.

I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University and am credentialed as a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland and in Florida. In addition to my private practice, I work full-time as a Psychiatric Therapist at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, where I’ve spent years helping people manage mood disorders and find greater stability.
